The Eyes of the World

The Eyes of the World

Those cerulean blue eyes glow

Likes waves upon the sea,

Moving with their ethereal flow.

Those gorgeous eyes betray nothing,

Yet speak a million words carefree

And so calmly.

Into those eyes, I will gaze

For all of my mortal years,

Into the beauty of endless days.

Those eyes are like an angel’s,

They soothe all of my fears

And my pains.

Those eyes are the eyes of the world,

My world entire.
