Excitement of Death

Tears stuck in my eyes,

words caught in my throat,

my body goes numb.

Head throbbing

and innocence is pushed away.

No time for life

the knife seems promising.

Weak and out of control

the knife brings power.

Fingers like steal

and a heart of lead.

Pills by the gallon

and a rope on the ceiling.

Let the fun begin.

Alcohol on the floor

and innocence in the corner.

Why hurt just one life for the evil of the world?

A gun shot is fired and a hullabaloo escapes her.

Pain is power.

Used as a rag doll, innocence is thrown away.

Gnarling at her ear, I put toothpicks in her eyes.

My turn.

Pain is power.

50 pills at once

Laughing hysterically

The rope around my neck, I ump.

Nothing left but space.

Space where innocence sat.
