Enlightening Introspective

Traveling so long to get here

Becoming pictures in my head

Beads of light

Poking through

The black curtain of darkness

Becoming more and more abundant

Every moment

Feeling my heartbeat

A steady pulse

As I look up

Flickers of constant moving light

Watch over me

Nothing

But a cool summer breeze

Against my skin

Will one pass by for me

So that I may make a wish

Silence

Darkness

Engulfing me

Staring at pearls

In the black sea

Searching

For answers

In a dark abyss
