The Endless Possibilities of Spring

The birds start chirping as the sun rises
He peaks out from behind the morning clouds
Shining on a day full of surprises
Watching over the loud bustling crowds

Everyone hustling to get to work
Bundled up to stay as warm as can be
Can’t be late or the boss will go berserk
A typical morning in Tennessee

The clear cold air is a slap in the face
As you step out of your toasty abode
Already late so you quicken your pace
Stopping to look on the side of the road

Could it be? The first simple green bud of spring
What possibilities could the day bring?
