Earth and Sky

White, blue, pink and purple.

Brown, green, tan and yellow.

Earth and Sky have shared an eternal stance and longing gaze througout the time of creation.

A romance between two heavenly bodies.

Never has the sky proposed it's Sun upon the hills and valleys of another than Earth's own.

The moon has only been the lullybye for Earth's weary ears and her midnight children who venture out to hear.

Never has it shown brighter on another oceans waves and gentle moving streams and rivers.

They hold each other, breathe and exsist with the other

A bond born to live even after death, for it can not be destroyed or taken away,

A love that lives throughout the midnight hours and early mornings

See the sky blush with pink as Earth kisses him through a gentle swaying breeze at evening

and see the grass grow greener when careessed by the sun upon her morning face.

The gentle touch of her reaching branches and limber grasses, intrigues and holds him, her perfumes blowing airs to his unblinking gaze.

Earth and Sky , You and I.
