Dumb Luck, Dumb Hope

Dumb luck,

Dumb hope.

I'm a sitting duck,

A hurt antelope

When I first saw you

you were a crush

In a minute I hoped

In an hour I wished

In the night I dreamed

The next day, everything was brighter

But weeks later

The skies are dark

And clouds pour rain

And now I'm just going insane.

The things you made me realize

The second you entered my life.

A fraction of a chance,

After one dance

We talk

We walk

I hope

I dream

And it's hard

I hope I dream

I think about you every second

But do you?
