It seems to always be just out of reach

This dream that I've always had

One that is attached to my brain like a leech

Not just some new fad

I want to be able to make a difference

In someone else's life

Be able to say that the job I do with exuberance

Carries into their afterlife

I want to lead those to the one and only Savior

Who came to Earth to save us

No matter how awful our previous behavior

But we must learn to have faith and trust

My dream job is not one that will be easy to attain

Nor will it pay well in terms of money

But I know it is He who reigns 

And that means more than any penny.
