Today there's a dream in my heart, taking baked goods and making them art.

Desire and talent start the fire, then training in school to help fulfill the desire.

Baking breads, cakes and cookies, is where you begin as a rookie. 

Joining groups and clubs to help hone your skill, using tools of the trade and sometimes a drill.

Pastry Arts has come so far, no longer simple desserts like a lemon bar.

Designs so detailed and intricate, taking a steady hand and a touch so delicate.

My goal is quite lofty, and I don’t speak of if softly.

I’m Dreamin’ of Disney as my career, and as I study and train it will reduce my fear.
