The Doll
She was the doll
At the bottom of your toy box
The one that you'd forgotten
Broken and abused
Tattered and misused
Scarred and bruised
She was the doll
Lost in the past
The one thought to be lost long ago
Disregarded and misplaced
Shamed and disgraced
Ugly and defaced
She was the doll
You loved the most
And now she's dirt to you
Hated and disowned
Banished and dethroned
All on her own
She was the doll
At the bottom of your toy box
The one that you'd forgotten
