Have you ever run as fast as you can,

then sprung through the air to softly land?

Or spun around till you can't see the ground,

then stick the landing and smile all around?

Have you ever dance with just four inches,

high in the air with no room to spare?

Or leapt through the air,

the wind in your hair?

The springs under your feet give you flair.

Have you ever felt like number one?

Like you could do anything under the sun?

I did once, but not anymore.

That time has been gone for many years.
