Who gathers the winds in His fists?

Who can bound the waters in His garments?

Who has established the ends of earth?

 

Who knows the time when the wild goats bring forth their young?

Who knows where light dwells and the abode of darkness?

Who commanded the waves: thus far shall you go and no further?

Who has prepared a channel for the torrents of rain?
