In The Depths Of Her Mind

She wasthend of girl that believed in true love

she believes in fairytales

she wanted to believe that was enough

she wanted to get out of this jail

She wasn't pretty

she was magical

she had the heart of the city

she was angelical

But her mind was dark

she would sit in the park

watching life go by

wondering why

She was a little girl who grew up too fast

she lost her innocenc only at age five

she cried, wiping her tears away at last

and in the water she dived

She would hold her breathe

open her eyes

think about the meth

and all the lies

She came up for air

life wasn't fair

and yet she cared

she was so unprepared

In the depths of her mind

she was undefined
