Deja Vu

Light switches

accompanied with light kisses

placed at the tip of her crown

she stands up

as her toes touch down

pedaling through

last nights rose petals

having fell asleep with the moon

and awoken with the sun

We shower

our eyes devour

water precipitates

bodies dry and clothe

Shall I be your host

your choice?

french toast

a toast

as we boast

on past nights ventures

adventures to anatomical landscapes

escape was unwanted

must you go?

surely not

the bed and the dent put within

call for you to stay

lay here again

and ill lay here with you

to recommence scenes

of love deja vu
