I cry, I laugh, I draw, I dance, I scream, I shout

I express what I am.

With this, a poem is not only words on paper

but a definition of me, myself, and I.

I can let myself go.

I can discover what I am actually thinking

what I don't know about me,

what I really want.

It is my music to dance,

my pillow to punch,

and my secret to tell.
