David Patrick Schreiber-FLY-

You walked away

Without a fight

Now here I lay

Out of sight

Out of your mind

You’ve forgotten me

Please make my soul blind

To the perfectness I see

I hated the way you made me feel

The way you made me cry

The way you ran and couldn’t deal

The way you made my mind fly

I hated the way you were with her

The way you weren’t with me

My feelings you did deter

You were to blind to see

All I asked was for you to listen

Open up your heart

But here I sit, my eyes glisten

Tearing my soul apart

But most of all I hate

That you still have all of me

Even in my wretched state

Without you I don’t want to be
