Up Country

Theres a place outside of this world

Its like creature in the sky from place to place there everywhere

More than i could count

Willows as stiff as rocks its the up country road

Where my grandfather lies down underneath

No harm can come as he's thought about each and every day

I now know something is unfinished but is also waiting in my favorite place up country

As i sit there wondering what is still to come

I ponder my thoughts thinking about what its like having you around

Holding me down, to earth, realizing that without my memories of you, i am gone

With your feeling of love in the  in the air all is unknown

You are more that what could make things change

For one thing you are my light, and always will be

As i continue my walk up the country road
