Cool

We all want to be the cool kids now.

Throw on a leather jacket.

Perform your lines then take a bow.

Throw on your darkest shades.

Walk in circles like they say.

Pretty actor go put on a play.

That’s the cost when you rule;

can't see,

can't feel,

can't hear,

can't tell what's real.

Throw your shades on that's so cool.

I wanna be the big star.

I want everyone to know.

I'll dress real nice and let my hair grow.

I'm smiling but just putting on a show.

Thought I was going my own way.

But I'm just a part of Broadway.

That's the cost when you rule;

can't see,

can't feel,

can't hear,

can't tell what's real.

Throw your shades on that's so cool.

We don't care, that's the fad.

Heart full of ice that's so rad.

Bleed to death so you look real bad.

That's the cost when you rule;

can't see,

can't feel,

can't hear,

can't tell what's real.

Throw your shades on that's so cool.
