Come Back

I want to believe, believe in the wonder of the world around me

But where is the magic they always spoke of

I don't see it anywhere and I want to I want to I want to

Always taught to believe I shouldn't trust anything I could not see

How can you suddenly change the rules like this on me

Numbers, logic, formulas-even hastily-worked out on paper

These are the things I can trust

These are what I believe to be true

At least until I met you

Suddenly I have a whole new perspective

When we're together it's like I can see the faries dancing in the trees

The warlocks with impossibly viberant fire delicately swirling around their finger tips

You gave me a glimps of what the world had hidden, but only with you in proxmitity was it visible

The power you held was insurmountable

And to see that world I held you accountable

But as quickly as you came you vanished

And with you went the magic
