Cold

What is a man to do

Left alone cold, with the flu

He lives in heat but shivers at night

Alone afraid without he cascades into light

He sees the sun and feels only colder

He lifts his head hoping this cold will grow no older

He sparks a flint to wood to no avail

He only dreams of ending his tail

No longer throw him change as you by

Act fast lend a hand and try

To end the cold in his heart

And allow him a new start
