Closed Window

Wed, 07/10/2013 - 15:10 -- Tonya

This window is like an endless array of opportunities and a symbol of freedom and possibilities.

Friends and family can’t open it no matter how much they try, but the key to unlock the window is I.

Should I reach out to grab it or break through it, motionless, yet obvious that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to open it?

Only fear is what weigh me down, my feet stuck to the ground, afraid to move, but that window will remain shut unless I gain the courage to unlock it.

I don’t want to be blind because God blessed me with eyes to see, that window of opportunity, full of vast knowledge in order to keep the will to learn for eternity.
