Clocks run slow in class

When will this class end?
I'll make the clock's hand bent.
I'm drowning in a sea of equations.
I'm hoping to drift back to shore.
But time isn't less, it's more.
And the teacher can be such a bore.
There's something right now I have to tend.
Which is a meeting with an old friend.
But it seems like this class will never end.
