The Clock that Never Dies

Laying on the floor, unresponsive
Another generation crying for understanding
Mother Nature's hand rips at the race
But time is immortal

One may pass
And the land grows anew
Yet the flowers bloom again
And so the birds flew

Even though you are gone
The stars align
The planets revolve around the sun
And the galaxy beautifully works as one

Eventually, past and present become one
The clock strikes twelve
And nothing stops it
For time is immortal
