Clandestine

Light swallowed by shadows

Hearing voices nobody owns

Disembodied, and paralyzed

Good god, I’m PETRIFIED

Falling and falling

Tears as I’m bawling

A deep, aching pain

Swelling in my brain

They're closing in, I hear their calls

Silhouettes dancing on the walls

Paining and draining, I feel their touch

I try to pry myself from their clutch

A heavyweight, like chains on my legs

My voice shaking as I beg

For freedom from their wrath

I’m tripping down another dark path
