Catch Her

And they watch you
They know you
They all recognize
the way that your facial
expression depicts a
depressed state.
It's funny though,
isn't it?
The one who makes
them see what they
cannot fix is incapable
of fixing herself and
unable to explain why
Why, to any question
that rolls around inside
her head as she dances
or stares or plays and
talks to you as they all
listen to the words that
only they want to hear.
She is.....
Not okay.
And she wants you to
know that.
Because she cries
Because she hurts
Because she hates
Herself.
It's the feeling she gets
from a plain moment in
time.
From an insignificant
reaction from someone
who matters to her.
It's the way she seems to
not care at all,
when she barely answers
the question in class,
or lays her head on the desk,
And openly declares how sleep
deprived she is in front of the
teacher.
But she's not really tired.
She's not really okay.
She is falling
Falling Fast.
