Broken trust/Hidden scars

You could see the pain in her eyes,

The trauma, The anguish, The torment,

What horrible ordeal did she endure?,

What sin's were subjected on her?,

A stolen childhood, A stepfathers touch,

Stealing her innocence, Damming her soul,

Leaving only the husk of a women, And the broken shell of a little girl,

The sadness of it all,

And the mirror still screams when she looks at it, R

eflecting the evils this man did to her,

Is there no end to this pain?

Or is she cursed to carry this burden forever,

Or is it time to speak out,

At least she could share the weigh of this with others,

Maybe this may help unshackle the chains,

And free her from the awful memories,

She just wants to feel normal,

Open and free,

And to sleep a nightmare free sleep,

and to escape this madness,

That's not too much to ask for.
