Broken

*BROKEN*
When we met, it was like the walls were confined
Distance between us was a thousand miles
We battled for freedom finding none
The waterfalls know our life
The Sun gazeth at our hearts
The wind stops at every moment together
Thinking we were breaking the bounds
Thinking we were falling in love
Closeness was your no. 1 Priority
Sharing every problem, Fight, sorrow, you loved it
To be close to share joys together
But distance caused all to fall apart
We longed to see each other every day
Longing to hear each other's voice
Anticipating each other calls daily
But a single difficulty tore us apart
The problem of no trust
All my life, I have never seen anyone like you
Never hoped to see one like you
Always hoping to be in the darkness
That always over shadow my mindset
But you brought me to light
Showed me a part that was bright
A part that never slakes
Nevertheless, I long to see you not in hurt
But it appears that's what I always do
So that part of my life never lets me
Cutting you off is the best priority for me
Letting you know you deserve better than me
Knowing I can't be of good to you
Your words are soul piercing to the heart
Breaking every bond of darkness and hurt
But my soul doesn't seem to need one
Not wanting to need someone
That is so gifted like a valour
Shutting you off is the best
That my soul may plead with death.
