Breath of a phoneix

Wed, 12/08/2021 - 16:05 -- Pookie

Once a upon a time

There was once a girl who adventure out in the wild world

Trying to find her own place

If someone told me that I had a breath of a phoneix, I would not believe them

So one day came, Tragedy couldn't be reverse even if I try.

Everything has change, That when I lost my voice.

I am broken even worst became damaged soul

To this day, I am still drowing

In the puddle ful of imagaintion water

flowly slowly covering up the rest of my body

ready to sink as soon as my energy ran out

tick tock, tick tock

Thinking I am already over it, just floating

Ready to find peace in my heart

But, no.

I can hear my voice crying out in the echos

Listen... Listen...

You may have died so long ago

the ashes left of you is not all you can be

Although the Phoenix in me is ready to rise

Just not today, maybe not tomorrow

Therefore, someday. If you keep fighting

If you just listen to that innerchild voice

One day she spoked softly

You will get where you should have been so long ago

The future has everything you are looking for

Listen again let the fire in you burn,

Burn even if the world falls to your knee

Breathe, Just breathe that is all you really have to do to survive

learn to live again

Burn so you can the new you that they can not destory you

listen... Breathe
