Born in Blood

Sat, 01/11/2014 - 22:29 -- mishoe

I am from a pregnancy test

From Irih Spring o Jack Daniels

I am from a zebra banket that cove me

In the night

To the pictures that frme

My family's happy faces

Unique

Special

It smells lik nutmeg incense

And

Feels kewarmth that greets you

From the freezing air

 I am from the wood

The bamboo

That is hard to go through

But weaken by harshness

Im from the hand pund

And

Thesap of fingers

To the curly hair

Thatgros from my very own scalp

From Henrietta

Chucky

Vernice

I'm from the hard lovers

And the unforgivers of pain causers

From blood always come first

To never showase your sadness

I'm from the white light

The crossing pass cathedrals

And rosary beads that hangs from my grandmother's neck

I'm from Chicago

Jamaica

Puerto Rico

France and Japan

From

Crepes and platains

From

The marriage of a Native

And a French man

And the grey eyes of Henrietta that never shuts

In my closet

Hides a family portfolio

That I skim when lonely

I am from Different shades

And colors

From affection

Pain

Strength

That taught through our blood
