Blue Summer Sky

Mon, 06/17/2013 - 15:30 -- Joy77

Shall I compare you to a rippling brook?

Your fair blue hue is not a sight to miss,

For you are certainly no ruthless crook!

You are as gentle as a warm, soft kiss.

As reassuring as a warm embrace;

My soul has savored every drop of love.

Your wispy clouds are high above my face,

And never will they leave their place above.

The golden star so big and bright you hold,

Its warmth reminds the eldest of their youth;

A world without would be all dark and cold.

But all in all your beauty is in truth!

I shall always love you, it is true,

As long as you are still a dazzling blue.
