Bitter Winter, Sweet Embrace
Intertwined arms and legs in a too small bed,
sweet closeness after bitter distance.
The early morning light, pale and weak through blinds.
A rare occurrence in the bleakness of winter,
with our warmth, a welcomed comfort.
A sleepy kiss,
through half closed eyes,
slowly,
teasing,
soft and true.
Four in the morning,
weak winter morning light,
a kiss,
Two,
Three,
more and more.
A goodbye in urgent kisses,
tangled limbs,
sweet nothings said
and made in love.
