The feeling of putting on a brand new pair of converse is like nothing else. There is a sense of a "new you". As if this new pair of shoes will somehow change your outlook on life and yourself. You walk with a little more pep and love life a little more. You talk with new found superiority...I know that this makes no sense but you asked for two poems and I can't think of anything.
