because of you my heart hurts
as if your words were a knife
plundging in to my abdomen peircing
the very last bit of my trust
that I gave to you
because of you I spend countless hours
crying a milloin tears that comfort me
as my sadness wiskes me off to somewhere
that it doesnt seem to hurt as bad as what you did
because of you there seems to be a grey cloud
that only leads me to believe that im the only one that cares
because you seem to have already moved on from our fight last night
and you act like it never even happend
but because of you Im becoming a strong woman
building walls around my heart
to keep out people who want to hurt me
the way you did
because of you I feel little to no more pain
no more of the gut wrenching feeling that has haunted me all these years
because for the 1st time i can truly say im ok
because of you im finally the woman im supposed to be
because of you those tears have washed away any chance of fogivness
but your happy with the choice you made right
this wasent all for nothing
in the end Im the one who will grow from this
as if a flower is finally able to bloom
