Because I Love You

Driving in the heat and cold,

we take our time in the back roads.

We sit and we laugh, sharing our gossip.

We make sure to have fun even if we are opposites.

You come from your family,

and I come from mine.

I'm here to help you,

even if you cry.

I'm happy to be friends,

but we are more like sisters.

Especially when we talk about guys,

or who would make a better Mr.

You come home with me most days,

spending our time on homework.

When times are tough and you don't know what to do,

I'll make sure I'm by your side,

Because I Love You.
