Beauty of the night: Gray, silver and black

The cool night air, lightly kisses my skin.

I take a moment to enjoy the scenery. I inhale the cold, crisp air and sigh in relief.

The crickets lightly chirp in the background, their melodic tune swimming through my ears.

A luminous ball of light, bathing the beautiful land in all of its silver glory.

The stars are sprinkled over the dull, black sheet that looms above me.

Gray mists linger around the moon before fading away into the darkness,

My heart pounds like a drum as I am left in awe.

The sound of trickling water flows through my ears in notes that are as sweet as chocolate.

All the tunes play together in sync as I sense the tension and acrimony deteriorate. And I am left with...

...The beauty of the night...
