What is Beauty? What does it mean to be Beautiful?

This seemingly fairytale title that is only bestowed upon the physically

appealing people, it’s not teachable, and to most it seems

unreachable, when in all reality it’s much closer than you think, yes

there are those who seem wondrous in appearance

but lack something of much more importance, who you

are inside, whether or not the presence you bring is seemingly

divine, most are sublime, when they talk about beauty, “it’s all about looks”

says the media, which is their duty, but truly, beauty is

worth so much more, not just an appearance that you adore but a

spirit that can soar.

 

“Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder” a great man once said, and

although he’s dead his words remain true, reminding each and

every person that beauty depends on your view, so to you__________I say to you this

one thing, it’s not your ability to make guys sing, it’s your heart,

and the joy that you bring, with every smile, awaiting the day you walk

down the aisle, or the sincerity that dwells

within your eyes, that shames even the wonder of a star lit sky, whether it be your

hugs that display how you feel, and for me

really sealed the deal, or the way you simply say hello that tends to make the environment

around you glow, you must now know, just how truly special you are, your

beauty surpassing that of the brightest star.

 

Yes you are, great in appearance that reigns true, but it’s what you do and the God in

you that has shaped who you’ve become, and regardless of what others say or even

what you tell yourself, not only I, but God sees you as so much more,

 a young girl with so much in store that even I can’t wait to see what you explore, although

 I’ve seen this in you from the start, and admire the happiness that dwells in your heart, it only

matters if you get the clue, that your beauty isn’t just about how you look but also

what you do, now I’m just hoping and praying that you realize this to.
