The Ball

The Ball

Shadows twirl tangled tight

Sparks of color cage moonlight

Silver gowns gleaming bright

Satin spins without a fright

Sonatas sing throughout the night

Secrets hide with all their might

Solemn eyes steal one last sight

Soft adieus clutch them tight
