Babel

If I could change one thing

I would go back in time

To that lonely tower

Where people spoke one tongue

Where war was but a myth

Where people could reach the skies

I would go back in time

To that lonely tower

And ask God not to break it

Before it fell to ruins

Before He split our tongues

Before He spread us

Across this vast, lonely Earth

If I would change one thing

I would save that lonely tower

Where we were all one

I would bring a brighter world

I would reach the stars

I would make hate a myth

And love, a religion

If only...

If only I could change one thing

Then that lonely tower

Would never be alone.
