Asleep in a Dream

Asleep In a Dream

Green at bay, painted blue in spray

            Land rolls up and down

            Brisk, chilled, mellow

            Dreams soar freely here

            A golden shine

            Trees only but divine

            Crystal white leaves

            Tender plush grasses

            Encased in Safire red

            Gray stones thud and tumble

            Through far sea blue

            Soft, vibrant ruffs

            Fresh perfumed air

            Scented in pine

Entwined in line of the many moons

            Daft little fireflies

                Make glow under shades

                Bold in blue

                Neat and crony

They love to play under the day

                Slither and hiss

                It slides around bight gold

                Respectful in nature

                Nestled side in side

Friends of this world all are

                As moons arc the planet

                Light emerges in rainbows

                Over the horizon

A door comes about from the land

Unreal yet reality lives in this place

Known and unknown so it is

                For a fantasy world

                That enthralls your mind

                Never stop nor give rest

On and on you may see

For Asleep In a dream you can be
