I give into my anxiety 

it overwhelms me 

like an ocean wave 

the water drowns me 

confounds me 

surrounds me 

Why am I like this? 

it says I can never be happy 

you're a failure 

disaster 

anxiety is my headmaster 

Someday I will be okay again 

but for now I give into my anxiety
