Another year

Proverbs 10:7 New English Translation (NET Bible)

The memory of the righteous is a blessing,
but the reputation of the wicked will rot.

Another year almost gone like last year has me still by the hand

Memories are binding me to the far and to the recent active past

Almost history seems overdone like repetitious throughout the land

Binding me from being free in a time-span that surely proves not to last
