Animals and the World

I am the ruler of the world

That is false

I am the king bow to me

Why is that

Because I rule the world

The world rules itself

No it is I who rules it

No, it rules you. You just can’t accept it.

You think me wrong? Then, I should harm you.

You should be scared. You don’t know who I am

I am the nightmare of all nights

The killer of all murderers

The enslaver of all enslavers

I am death when there is none to be had

I could rip your neck out

So fast you would be alive to only see it

You wish you understood but all you see is nothing

I know people like you all blind inside.

I am not blind

That is what they all say.

I see clearly…

Yet your mind is as dark as night

I am not scared

You aren’t, you are just greedy.

Why should the world bow to you?

You are nothing more than an ant.

No, wrong you’re even less than that.

Animals are too vulnerable

So are humans.

No, we are stronger…

Incorrect

Animals understand the world much better

They don’t want much

But food and water

Shelter, they live to produce.

They set themselves equal to the world

While Beings do the exact opposite

That is a lie

Truth is all I speak

Beings want too much that’s why beings mine caves

That’s why they fight wars

Why they cut trees,

Drain streams,

Enslave animals,

Build houses

Destroying other creature’s homes

If beings are one thing

They are monsters.

Beings need to to realize this

The world isn’t just theirs

But all of ours

This poem is about:
Our world
