And So I thought.

Location

And so it makes me think, this one big chain with many links,

With every tangle and every kink, that we are on the brink.

I play my part-you have your role, As i look back to the start,

How one samll soul, sent its ripple and caused its wave,

With every athlete, musician, cripple, We all have our place even past the grave.

And so as I thought and pondered, about the life that I had wandered,

In all my duties, in all my crazy, in all my happy and my sad,

That if right now, all of a sudden, they laid me down to rest,

And when they cast my lot, and looked for all my best,

What if they found, that I was nothing but a blot?

As I finished thinking, I realized, that I was a merely sinking,

among the woes, among my foes, and as I looked around,

I realized that after all this time, I'd done no crime,

And discovered where I placed my ground, and anchored my whole life,

was infact what kept me so far down! It's time to end the strife!

So I cut me loose, I broke me free, in chains and fetters I shall never be!

So harken here and harken fast, You are the story of my past!

I am the book, I have the pen, and ripped out the story of what has been.

And now at last it makes me think, "How did I ever think, that I had every thought, when I had never learned to think?".

And as I think, I have my tools, I have myself, Ill take that blot,  and rewrite my very own thought.
