Are they stooping this low?
Denying themselves this pride and integrity?
Do they not value this venerable treasure?

It is slipping away..
Slithering right out of their apathetic hands..
Perishing right in front of us..

What took generations to build;
is Only taking a few to destroy;
It is no longer thriving in our souls;

The American Dream!
Once So Proud!
Once So Free!
