Afterlife

A ring of endless light,

An empty plain of nothingness,

A place for those who fight,

Where lost lovers caress,

And white sands glimmer,

Torment hotter than any fire,

Where the world is dimmer,

Where you get all you desire,

There you are born anew,

When your time is finished,

Some you may wish to eschew,

There, after our lives are diminished.
