adulation for inspiration

I love being able to Breath in air like misfits inject acceptance
& the leaves swaddle water like God & our repentance
I adore the lightning strikes that French kiss sidewalks
& limbs
The thunder that swallows the midday hymns
I love the way nostrils are intact to contract a rain cloud before human brains can
& the way the sweat greets the newborn liquid on my hand
I love the memories of rain tides  with  Summer days , spring pain & idle games
I love faces that appear in clouds like humanity is being reminded that we r inferior
Face to face with grey tanks , war trampling upon trembling exteriors
These summer storms can tie knots in souls but break a heart like a lost lover
Hold u so high like a proud father & caress u like mother
They can birth ideas from an architect & a poet
& extract colors from a artist who didn't know it
Loops of Cotten stolen from Gods linen closet were stuffed above our heads
& the Silver lining fastened into lightning threads
The wind ambushes cites & molds it into debris
Mother Nature keep heaving -  breathing meeting quotas by the fleets
She loves her power to change minds as well as plans  , cruxes as well as egos ,  Vitality as well as reason
Like she never has a recessing season
But that's why I kneel in puddles & wrap myself around summer appointments
& I follow the rain like a map & blueprints
Because I love her imprint on this world
Like she is proving powers is in girls
She is the best playlist i have ever heard
The best inspiration , the best teacher , the best motivator for me to find words
