ADD IS NOT THE SUM OF ME

ADD is the not the sum of me
I am not a label, a limit, or disability,
My dreams do not need accommodations or extra time
Just look at the ladder of success to see how high I will climb,
I may stumble and sometimes I might fall
But I know that I can overcome this challenge if I give it my all,
At times I feel discouraged and sad, wondering why I this happened to me
Then I look to my faith to help me find the answers that I cannot see,
My potential is limitless, the future is mine
I have demonstrated that with drive and determination, I can overcome obstacles and shine,
I can be all that I want to be
Because ADD is not the sum of me.
