To know how to write

But left with a shift

That is just outright

Cruel.

 

I can't spell.

 

Smaller words are okay

But words like:

--Inauguration Day

--Alphanumeric Display

--Jean Bap..per... Monet

I cannot spell

Nor hardly say

 

"You're a writer,"

They think,

"Who can't sound out

or remember rules

as a writing devout?"

 

No, I can't

So whatever

Move on

 

It's an editor's job

To correct my misspellings

It's my job to write

The story I'm telling.
