Just Another Enigmatic Brain

Whenever I attempt the act of relaxation,
In the forefront of my mind there is always a slight hesitation.

This hesitation is atributed to the ever-churning stream running through my head.
I cannot even obstruct that stream while I lie in my bed.

Over and over these thoughts scamper about in this enigmatic brain.
The profundity of my stream has become this way through grandious acts of pain.

These acts of pain have made it difficult to enjoy the simple pleasures of relaxation;
But try as I may, try as I might...
Through the act of meditation
This enigmatic brain is almost "right."

This is just another poem I had written about my struggle to get my brain under control.
