When I am lost with feelings of negativity and dread inside my head,

There you are to lead me out of the abyss as the sun shines after a storm,

Having been beside me through thick and thin as one's shadow follows obediently,

Always there to pick me up when it feels as if I'm falling endlessly,

You are there to catch me when I fall and bring me up when I can no longer stand.

You are my kin, blood, and family I call my own,

But wait you are so much more than that,

You are everything and beyond comprehension,

I need you as the Earth needs the Sun or our need for oxygen to breathe,

I wouldn't be the person I am without you as if I would be lost in an endless labyrinth,

You are apart of me as a missing piece is to a jigsaw puzzle,

When I am with you I can say that I have finally found myself.

I am pushed to the limits constantly with your motivations,

And where you make me feel as if anything can be done as it was a breeze,

Everything I do is with the help of you and for you,

You are the very reason I put my blood, sweat and tears in everything I do,

You have made me the person I am today thanks to your constant motivation,

Always pushing me for greatness making me feel like I'm on top of the world,

Having inspired me to no end where it is like I am on a path that is infinite.
