Have you ever felt
like you are floating
Like nothing is real
Like everything that is happening is a dream
and when you wake up it will all be over
and back to normal
I feel like im flying in the sky
and your name is reality bringing me back to the ground
it hurts to hear it spoken with so much sadness
it used to bring smiles to all the faces
it used to make everyone laugh
remembering something that had happened
now all it does is make people choke back tears
its fun to float because all the sadness feels fake
like it will be over when you wake up
but the reality of things is this
the longer you float
the harder reality will bring you to the ground
